CUSTOM ORDERS

SHIPPING
• It will take 5 – 7 business days to prepare necessary documents for shipping & then I will ship your painting.
• A tracking number will be sent to you.
• All international paintings are carefully packaged for shipment.
• DHL / UPS / FEDEX 5 – 10 business days.
INSURANCE
• If the painting is lost or damaged during shipping, then you will receive a full refund. You must save the damaged box/tube so I can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box & painting to launch their investigation. All of my paintings are insured.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
• Please note that although shipping is free, the buyers are responsible for any import customs fees that may apply. Possible customs duties are not included in the price of the product. Possible fees are fully paid by the buyer. Please contact with your local customs office for more information.
I GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS
• Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom paintings or custom portraits (such as special orders or personalized items)
REFUNDS
• I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If it shipped well, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Recommended for Rolled Canvas: Do not unpack the painting at home. Take it to the framing shop in the tube.
